Thanks for the comments. Well, the steam locomotive are simpler shape wise. Very fun to draw. Two days to go and the holidays are over. I wont be able to sketch as much unfprtunately! Looking forward to see your stuff!
These look great! The whale and the cream tube especially. I like how you are drawing boxes around everything to really see the form (in our class we did that for "boxy" shapes like vehicles but not for everything). I'll have to try it!
Thanks Gina. I always starts with a box, it sets the perspective and the size of the object. That's perhaps the most difficult step for me . If it's done correctly then the rest follows naturally. If not, I know the sketch is going to fail, (like the thermometer or the tooth brush ;) )
