Great sketch, louisC! My DS2 skeleton week deliverable was a mammoth; and our local museum is so small, the big guy was taking up half of the room.
You did a fine job with this one. I like how you faced the challenge of drawing something so immense, yet organic at the same time (to me it's like drawing a small train, except all the shapes are organic and curvy).
Oh, I remember your mammut. You did a very nice geometric breakdown of the face, it was very well done.
Yeah, that's true, it was a lot like drawing a train, the height/width are very similar. I will definitely come back on this because the shapes are amazing and you can really understand how the bones are coming together, it's so huge.
